Daphné Bès de Berc specialises in the management and resolution of crisis and litigation situations in civil, commercial and criminal matters, for companies, their managers and their partners. She steps in before state courts and administrative authorities as well as in arbitration proceedings, and handles various dispute resolution methods, including conciliation and mediation. She is used to dealing with the most complex cases.
Lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar for 25 years, Daphné graduated with a DESS (advanced graduate degree) and Magistère (Masters) in Business Law & Taxation from the University of Dijon, created by Professor Maurice Cozian, and a diploma in European business law. After taking the oath in 1995, Daphné trained in law firms recognised as among the best in business litigation and financial criminal law. Armed with this experience, she created her own law firm in 2006 before founding BGB & Associés a few years later, in 2010.

Spécialisée en contentieux des affaires, Mélanie Leclerc assiste les entreprises, leurs dirigeants et actionnaires au stade pré-contentieux, ainsi qu'à tous les stades des procédures contentieuses en matière civile et commerciale.
Avocat au Barreau de Paris, Mélanie est docteur en droit et titulaire d’un Master 2 Droit Européen et International des affaires de l’Université Paris-Dauphine.
Mélanie a rejoint BGB & Associés en 2014.

Charlène Sauvage-Lacognata assists the entire team at BGB & Associés in the procedural management of cases. She also manages the firm's accounts.
Charlène holds the professional qualification certificate for legal secretary from ENADEP in Paris. Charlène joined BGB & Associés in 2013.
Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière specializes in competition law (including merger control, anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position), distribution law (drafting and negotiating selective distribution, exclusive distribution, commercial agent, franchise agreements, as well as commercial negotiations), and consumer law. She provides both advisory and litigation services across various economic sectors. Her experience in international law firms has enabled her to handle complex cases in multicultural environments.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996, Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière graduated from Sciences Po Paris (economics and finance) and the University of Paris-Nanterre (Master's degree in business law). After nearly 20 years working in the Competition Law teams of leading law firms, she decided to set up her own practice in 2017, before joining BGB & Associés in 2020 to develop the firm's economic law practice. Since 2023, Séverine has also been an accredited mediator at CMAP, convinced of the power and effectiveness of mediation in resolving inter-company conflicts.

Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière is a member of the French Competition Law Association (AFEC) and the Association of Lawyers Practising Competition Law (APDC).
Hugo Duport specializes in dispute resolution. He assists clients at both the pre-litigation and litigation stages.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Catholic University of Lille, and an LL.M degree from the EDHEC Business School.
Before joining BGB & Associés in 2024, Hugo undertook internships in law firms in Paris.
Paul Sauvage specializes in dispute resolution. He assists companies, executives and shareholders, both in pre-litigation matters and throughout all stages of judicial proceedings.
Paul holds a master’s degree in business law from the Catholic University of Lille, and an LL.M. degree from EDHEC Business School.
Prior to joining BGB & Associés in 2025, Paul gained experience in the legal departments of major corporations as well as in law firms, both in France and abroad.
